I have installed 1,500 PG&E main entrances, thousands sub panels, and many other jobs without any problems. I have an A.S. in science and electrical (1976-1981). I understand current, voltage, wattage at a molecular scale, which is something that sets me apart from most electricians. My father had me working on houses in 1970 when I was thirteen years old. He was a Richmond property appraiser and a local turner. I am familiar with every aspect of property sales, both for sellers and buyers. I’ve seen many mistakes, pitfalls and hazards.
