LaserLine Tiling is a family business based in Christchurch. We are proud of the high-quality tile installations that we provide to our valued customers. James’ tiling career started in 2006 at age 20 in Greater Manchester in the UK. He finished his tiling apprenticeship after 2 years and decided to go to work in Australia. After 5 years of working in Australia he continued his learning and gained a lot more experience within the tile trade. He then decided to pursue a dream of cycling overland from Australia to England for a local charity. He managed to complete the 17000km+ journey just in time for Christmas 2015. This was all in aid of Derian House, a children’s charity in the UK. After an 18-month stay in the UK, James and his fiancee decided to return “down under” and move back to Christchurch, NZ. They have been married for 5 years and have started a family. James has worked on many large-scale projects since he moved to Christchurch, including The Riverside Market, The Central Library in Cathedral Square and Westpac Bank on Cashel St. Canterbury University. There are also many high-end homes in Christchurch, from Fendalton through Ferrymead.
